CapnoBase is a collaborative research project that provides an online database of respiratory signals and labels obtained from capnography, spirometry and pulse oximetry. The CapnoBase Dataverse (capnobase.org) currently contains 6 datasets with annotated respiratory signals such as inhaled and exhaled carbon-dioxide (CO2) also known as capnogram, respiratory flow, pressure and photoplethysmogram (PPG) obtained from anesthesia monitors during elective surgery.
