Brett Hodnett is the author of the non-fiction book Paddling with a Naturalist, and is currently writing his first book of speculative fiction. Paddling with a Naturalist gives readers a deeper understanding of why the natural world is the way we find it, written as an easy to read travelogue of a canoe trip. Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology, and a Master’s degree in genetics from the University of Toronto. He usually works, plays, and sleeps in Gatineau, Quebec.
