Developed at the Stanford Graduate School of Education with support from the Stanford Accelerator for Learning, RecessReset is an animated mindfulness-based SEL curriculum for elementary and preK teachers. Bite-sized sequential video lessons help teachers implement practices like mindful breathing during class transitions to improve focus and decrease stress.
