BreadFlower is a gluten-free sourdough cottage bakery nestled on the eastern edge of the Cascade Mountains. Available year-round at the Methow Valley Foodshed in Winthrop, and at the Methow Valley Farmers Market in Twisp (Saturdays, April through October).
