I am a fully qualified and accredited Yoga Teacher (RYT200, Specialist Yoga Teacher for Sport, Yoga for Chronic Conditions, Stress and Burnout) located in Branston, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. I teach a variety of yoga in different settings including community classes, private and corporate. My aim is to help others restore freedom and ease in their bodies by teaching accessible and functional yoga and to help physical and mental well-being.
