The Benoit Lab in Ottawa is working to gain a better understanding of fundamental epigenetic phenomenon governing stem cell identity in the human intestinal epithelium and colorectal tumors. One of the main goals of our laboratory at uOttawa is to develop novel, anticancer agents targeting key epigenetic features of colorectal cancer stem cells.
