Belinda Locke is an Australian theatre-maker, director, and disability advocate. She has been acknowledged for her work as an artist and emerging leader by her award of the Rose Byrne Scholarship for an Emerging Female Leader in the Arts (2016), and as one of three shortlisted for the Graham F Smith Peace Award (2019).
