At Home Senior Care and Hospice’s mission is to provide excellent care to clients who wish to remain in their homes. We take pride in being able to provide home care and hospice. Home care assists with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping. If end of life care is needed, with a prognosis of 6 months or less, we can transition you to Hospice, with your same caregiver. We are licensed by DHEC and accredited by ACHC for Hospice services.
