Arcturian Dream. Portland, Oregon. Arturian Dream is another project by multimedia producer Eric Montross. He is the founder of the Illuminertia music and art collective which began in San Francisco in 2004. Much like a crop circle this production is direct evidence that humans were seeded on earth thousands of year ago by interdimensional beings.
