ALMARO was established, during “the great quarantine” in May 2020 as the first modern bakery with Mexican soul in the UAE, based in Dubai. Apart from traditional French and well-known pastries, we produce – a variety of traditional Mexican breads, pastries and cookies focusing on bringing back nostalgic moments for everyone, but with a special place in our heart for the Mexican and Latino expats living away from home here in the heart of the UAE.
