Allen founded Allen Exploration (AllenX) in 2016 to bring the level of leadership and professionalism that served him well in the business world to the world of historic shipwreck and cultural artifact research and recovery. AllenX has partnered with The Bahamian government to search for, recover, and document historic period shipwrecks and the maritime history of The Bahamas.
