Youth Rights and Citizenship Initiative, (also referred to under the acronym YRCI Albania), is an Albanian Youth NGO established in April 2023, by its founder, Dr.Eliona Gremi a Senior Lecturer at the Finance and Accounts Department at the University “Aleksander Xhuvani” Elbasan, with an extensive experience in project writing and management. In reference to our Act of Incorporation, Statute of Limitation and internal bylaw, we are a non-commercial, non-governmental, organization whose scope
