Briar is a Python CLI. It mines live state from GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, AWS, and meeting transcripts into per-company markdown knowledge files, runs an LLM-driven planner that picks the next card to implement, and ships a read-only HTML dashboard. No backend, no login, runs anywhere Python runs.
