Care, mentorship, and referrals to foster resilience for transgender and gender-diverse people in navigating both everyday challenges and crisis situations. We prioritize supporting individuals in ways that honor their diverse identities and intersectional experiences.   We use compassion and nonjudgement to prevent future crises. We educate our cisgender allies to repair after conflict, interrupt transphobia, and create gender-affirming spaces at the personal, organizational, and policy levels
