I love to hike here in my own backyard, the great Pacific Northwest. So many trails with amazing views and a lot of wildlife to photograph. Often I carry more weight in camera gear than hiking gear! I started my photography on a simple Pentax K1000 and have enjoyed the change from film to digital. Todays cameras can capture the image you see and translate it into art the way you imagined it.
