All of our Servers are dressed in Fashionable 1850 Gold Rush attire. Our Dining Room is designed to look the way it did when the building was originally constructed in 1857. Most of our dishes are cooked exactly the way the miners did in the 1800’s; over a grill, open fire, or cured in a smoker. All who dine here will experience a taste of what an Authentic Gold Rush Eatery would have been like during the Californian Gold Rush Era
