TEXAPOLITAN Pizza is the amalgamation of NEDWETZKY Barbecue as premier toppings on a 18" American/Neapolitan style dough. Our Crust is on the "WELL DONE" side. High quality fresh ingredients are all we use. We use GRANDE cheese & do make our own mozzarella from scratch. We only use Post Oak wood to cook with on our pits.
