The Swedesburg Volunteer Fire Company was founded in 1942 for the purpose of protecting and serving the village of Swedesburg and all surrounding communities of Upper Merion Township. To respond quickly and effectively to any and all emergencies and requests for assistance. The volunteer men and women of the Swedesburg Volunteer Fire Company will always endeavor to perform their duty of protecting the lives and property of the community with pride and honor.
