Founded in Miami, Florida in 2003, what started out as an initial concept in our kitchen of passionate foodies who loved to cook and bake authentic empanadas to share with friends and family, later became a fully automated custom-designed food manufacturing facility, that today provides a wide variety of handheld pies on a local, regional, and national scale.
