Silver Grace Yoga focuses on senior yoga classes held at senior living communities in the greater Charlotte area. Private home-based classes are also available. Classes focus on gentle movements that improve mobility, strength, and balance. In addition to the physical benefits, our classes also promote mental relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of connection and community among residents.
