Shifra Whiteman was born and raised in New York City and now calls Chicago home. A University of Michigan, Penny Stamps School of Art & Design graduate with a BFA in 2011, she loves to create all types of two and three dimensional art including free hand illustrations, paper cuts, piñatas, and textile designs. Shifra is obsessed with exploring new ways to manipulate familiar media to expand her creative inspirations!
