The American City project is about Classical courthouses, Romanesque train stations, Art Deco office buildings, Mid-Century schools, Modern museums and the occasional geodesic dome. It’s also about the artists and architects – some famous, others waiting to be rediscovered – who created them. American City celebrates the architecture most Americans experience on a daily basis – the buildings of their hometowns.
