Rose Garden Collective brings trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices to people in the Cayman Islands who may have little or no access to them. We offer accessible, donation based classes that include yoga flow, breath work, meditation, and self reflection to encourage healing, connection, and collective wellbeing.
