Born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Roadhouse Brewing Co. by restaurateur Gavin Fine (of Fine Dining Restaurant Group), and home-brewer and entrepreneur Colby Cox, Roadhouse was founded around the desire to brew beers that matched the Wyoming adventure. Several years and many beers later, Roadhouse Brewing Co. expanded operations in 2017 to bring their craft brews to Wyoming and beyond.
