I provide one on one coaching sessions for people who want greater intimacy in their relationships. I use tools from my backround in yoga, meditation, tantra, taoism, somatic trauma resolution modalities such as Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing, and the Somatica Method of sex and relationship coaching. My aim is to help people experience more joy and pleasure in their bodies and to have more fulfilling relationships.
