Welcome to RECON Racing! RECON Racing is a Time Trial racing team operated by disabled Army veteran Jon Winker. Jon participates in time trial, autocross, pro-touring and open track events across the Midwest. Jon has recently earned his competitive racing license. Jon also has formed Resilience Racing, a endurance racing team with a fellow veteran
