PT3 provides in-home concierge rehabilitation and wellness programs emphasis on function, fitness, education and prevention. Hands-on attention is given to reduce pain and normalize function, while individualized programs are carefully designed by physical therapist and personal trainers for each patient in the home where they are most comfortable.
