Paul H. Chan is the Vice Chancellor for Legal Services and General Counsel for the University of Denver, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the University’s legal affairs. Prior to joining DU, Paul was the Deputy for Administration for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. In that role, he was the agency’s chief administrative and operations officer.
