Discover Home Brewing The Plainfield Ale and Lager Enthusiasts (PALE) homebrew club was formed by eight local homebrewers in August 2010. The first meeting occurred during Homebrewers Appreciation Night at Limestone Brewing Company in Plainfield, Illinois. Due to the incredible growth in the interest of craft beer and homebrewing, PALE saw its membership grow as well.
