This Action, known as James et al. v. PacifiCorp et al., Case No. 20CV33885, is about whether PacifiCorp caused or contributed to, or is otherwise responsible or liable for, alleged damages caused by the Echo Mountain Fire (including the Kimberling Fire), South Obenchain Fire, 242 Fire, and Santiam Canyon Fire, all around Labor Day 2020.
