Om Choudhary is a postdoctoral researcher in the department of Computational and Systems Biology. He graduated from joint Carnegie Mellon-University of Pittsburgh Ph.D. program in Computational biology where he used continuum electrostatics methods and Markov State Models (MSM) to study the permeation properties of the ion channels.
