Oceana is an experienced yoga, meditation and somatic movement teacher based in London. Since 2017 she has been teaching public, private and corporate yoga classes across the city and online, while also hosting wellness workshops and retreats. She specialises guiding students towards greater bodily awareness, improving their interoception and Self-connection through mindful embodiment practices.
