Irving Pulp & Paper is proposing the construction of a new recovery boiler using the latest technology at the Saint John westside pulp mill. Marking the largest investment in the Canadian forest products industry since 1993, it will increase the mill’s green energy capacity and help make it one of the top producing kraft pulp mills in the world.
