The website features a system for monitoring of the level of consciousness of comatose patients in a hospital Intensive Care Unit. The system consists of some electronics and an iPhone app, which together function to periodically assess the Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) of the patient. The GCS is a brief test of the eyes, verbal and motor responses of the patient. It is universally accepted and is used in hospitals world wide. This automatic GCS system is the first of its kind.
