The law firm of Mullins & McMillan, P.A. was formed in July 2004 by partners Jeffrey A. Mullins and Joseph C. McMillan. The firm was founded to provide legal assistance and defense to Employers, Insurers, Self-Insurers and Third Party Administrators in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.
