I specialize in assisting people to recover from both acute and chronic pain. My aim is to help people regain the strength and mobility necessary to reclaiming and enhancing their quality of life. My tools are massage therapy, movement training (called Gyrotonic training) and sometimes a combination of both. The massage therapy often brings immediate pain and stress relief whereas the Gyrotonic training helps people develop body awareness, core strength and new, health-promoting movement pattern
