Molecular MIC is a web application that predicts Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) directly from genomic data using advanced machine learning techniques. It uses the Progressive Genome Segment Enhancement (PGSE) algorithm for efficient analysis of whole genome sequencing (WGS) data, offering a comparison with traditional k-mer-based algorithms (KMER).
