Stuffed sweet potatoes with burrata, toasted walnuts & pesto 4 medium sweet potatoes sliced in the oven for 20 min 180 C. Cut the burrata in parts. Roast the walnuts for a little while. Layer up! Sweet potato, burrata, pesto & top it with the walnuts. Bon apetite!
