In 2018, Monce focused on her goal to help the community and became a Licensed Insurance Broker. Since then, her primary focus has been helping the senior community navigate their Medicare coverage options. She also serves as one of the Managers for the Latino Agents Team with the Tyler Insurance Group. As a Manager, she oversees a group of agents and provides training.
