The Maharashtra Economic Development Council was constituted by prominent Chambers of Commerce, and Business and Industries associations of Maharashtra to facilitate rapid and balanced economic development of Maharashtra. The Council acts as an Economic Think-Tank for Business and Industry as well as for the State Government of Maharashtra.
