Located off of Greenbrier Road, just to the West of the intersection of Long Leaf Pine and Greenbrier road. Made up of two Neighborhoods, Mill Creek Plantation (Tate Lane) and Mill Creek Plantation North (Rubicon and Lorijane Ln). These two neighborhood fall under the Mill Creek Plantation Owners Association (HOA). Other roads are part of The Lakes at Mill Creek Plantation and not part of our HOA.
