Marie aims to make yoga accessible for everyone. Merging her unique backgrounds as a former Taekwondo Champion and K-Pop Recording Artist, Marie founded the 'Glow Flow Yoga by Marie' Method, designed to promote connection of mind, body, and spirit through carefully considered postures, movement and breath.
