Welcome to mariaadamstherapy, a space that therapeutically supports you. I provide psychotherapy and counselling, long-term or short-term, and guided by you. I work with children, young people, and adults and provide a safe space to creatively explore the challenges you may be experiencing. I also assist those supporting others with my supervision practice and with my training offers in mental well-being.
