Mando Mafia plays mandolin music across many genres: Appalachian old-time, jazz, bluegrass, world music, and original compositions. The players are: Kelly Perdue, mandolin; Bill Giltinan, mandolin; Pete Marshall, octave mandolin; Rick Friend, guitar; and Vaughn Mairs, upright bass. They have been known to resort to violins.
