Maitri (pronounced meh-three) has several meanings including benevolence, loving-kindness, friendship, goodwill, and an active interest in others. The loving-kindness aspect of the definition is what Dr. Grover-Wenk wanted to focus on when she was creating Maitri Coaching & Consulting.
