Chef Jelo brings over 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, beginning his journey as an Executive Chef while simultaneously building his personal brand through private chef services and catering. He led the opening of four notable Charleston restaurants—Mesu, Bourbon & Bubbles, The Peacock, and Two-Bit Club—before choosing to step away from the traditional restaurant path to focus on family after welcoming two children. That transition led him to expand his private chef w
