Born and raised in Paris, Luc directed his first short documentary ROAD TO GLORY, won the Best Documentary Award at the Festival of Nations in Lenzing, Austria, the Audience Award at the 20th Short Night in Lausanne, the Best Editing Award at the International Film Festival in Tangier, as well as 17 official nominations around the world.
