LMPP was initially founded by DR. Luhut M.P. Pangaribuan, S.H., LL.M in 1997 after 20 years of experience as a “public defender” in cooperation with Peradin as well as with LBH Jakarta. This long-time experience of his as a “public defender” is the main source in running LMPP.
