Kuttiammu Sahib (Engineer TP Kuttiammu) straddled civilisational and cultural aspirations of the Kerala society. He engineered one of the proud irrigation projects in India, as well as many impressive and traditionally significant masjids in Kerala; but above all thought, wrote and fought for the social, political and cultural renaissance of the Muslim community.
