Our lab studies the antigen-specific basis of T cell immunity. By precisely mapping which immune cells respond to which targets, a process called immune-specificity mapping, we uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying autoimmunity, cancer, and infectious disease. We combine cutting-edge tools including high-throughput genetic screens, single-cell profiling, and synthetic biology, applied to both human patient samples and preclinical animal models.
